PROMO CODE

Orders placed with a promotional code that provides a discount on the order (excluding our 10% Welcome Offer) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

SWIMMING

All swimwear must be tried on while wearing underwear. The protective sanitary strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Original shipping costs are not refundable and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. koopdirect.com assumes no responsibility for non-delivery of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or trackable mail as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by koopdirect.com.
