HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your total order is over $50, shipping is free.

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@koopdirect.com before 3:00 PM PST. We cannot process changes after this time.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent when your order has shipped.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure your address is available during business hours.

Delivery time: 7-15 days
